Why Is My Hair Breaking?!?! #2

Organic Home made Remedy for Dry Brittle Breaking Hair

I've been pretty much involved with Hair for more than 30 years.
Within these years what I've seen is:
Unless it's a medical reason - the main reason for Hair Breakage is Dryness, excessive Chemical and mechanical abuse.

Olive Oil is extremely high in vitamin E which is an excellent source for Hair and Skin
Olive Oil is a natural scalp stimulant for Hair growth
It's a God healing gift to the humanity.
It's inexpensive and has no side affects on your Hair or Skin

I'm gonna use a simple term so everyone can understand

What happens when you forget your cake in the Oven?
It gets Burnt - right!

Why did it get burnt?
Because it Surpassed the cooking time limit it was supposed to be in there!
Got it?

That's exactly what happens to Hair!!!

Any Chemical is already to harsh for hair - if you use a strength too strong for your Hair type, or left too long it'll derive into Over-process, which leads to dryness and breakage

Over-process means Burnt - Fried
Yes your Hair is burnt!

The only Solution is - avoid chemicals as much as you can and try Organic home made products

How to use Olive Oil on your Hair
a)-if you have a dry itchy scalp apply it directly on your scalp with your finger or cotton and then on the entire hair, place a plastic cap on your head and sit under the head dryer, or a heating cap for about 15 min then shampoo

b)- if you don't have neither a head dryer nor a heating cap - not to worry
apply the room temperature Oil to your scalp, then warm about 1/4 cup or so of oil (depending on your hair length) in the microwave just for few second, make sure it's not too hot and rub it on your entire hair, place a plastic cap and let sit for about 15 min then shampoo
You will have "The" most supple and shiny Hair you ever had in your life.

"A happy heart makes the face cheerful, but heartache crushed the spirit".

The whole purpose is to make you girls understand and want to do it.
I wish every one whose reading would ask question or add some ideas of their own that could benefit us all.
