Can Christian Women Wear Leather Skirts or Pants?

Manny Christian woman/girls have doubts if they can wear leather skirts/pants because it has an infamous stereotypical to the "tough/ rough girl" look, but it's not true.
It all depends on how you wear them.

Animal activists women think that it's wrong to wear leather and fur clothes because it's consider animal's cruelty.

Well, I'm gonna tell you what the Bible says about it.

                                     Genesis 3:21
"The Lord God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife and clothed them".

They don'y have to be skin-tight. You can go for boot leg style.
They don't have to be black either, it can be a beautiful red such as this one.

There's no problem wearing a leather/pants as long as you do it right.
If you don't wear leather and fur clothes because you don't like it, it's ok, but if you don't wear them because you think it's wrong, than you're going against God.

It's very funny how some people complain about leather skirts/pants and furs but they wear leather shoes and carry a leather bag. Did you know that leather shoes and leather bags were also made from animal hides (skin).

Best way to wear a leather skirts/pants if you would like to:
A leather skirt should be worn from fall - spring. I don't think it should be worn in the summer.
It is infamous for being rough and tough but it can be very feminine and elegant if matched with feminine pieces.

How to choose a perfect skirt?
1* For a better clean fit you should go one size over your regular fit.
2* Go for a knee-high pencil skirt.
3* Get the ones that extends to your knee or just above the knee.
3* You can also choose a pleated, free flowing ones, they're very much in right now.

To keep it clean and professional:
Throw on a pair of sheer black tights and a black blazer to match your outfit.

Who said Leather Skirts can't be tamed and feminine?

For a soft look go for a smooth texture with as minimum details as possible.

Add jewelries, lace top and a beautiful hand bag to soften your look.

They don't have to be black or skin tight either.

If you think black is too heavy and Rock-ish, for for red or brown.

You can pair them a with striped sweater, fitted-blouse, bottom down blouses, colorful blouses, short or long sleeves. Crispy white feminine blouses will do just fine.
Add a blazer for a feminine touch.

How to soften your look and make it feminine and sophisticated.

Knee-high boots, pumps and kitten heels will add femininity and sophistication to your look.

Try to go as feminine as possible

 Avoid:
Too short
Too long or
Too tight fitting

Too revealing                                      Too tight                           Too long -  Not Flattering at all

How To Wear Opaque / Stockings & Still Look Hot

There's no reason to freeze your legs off in the winter for the sake of trend.

I'm sorry but I think walking around bare legs in those freezing cold days is just silly. Everyone knows you're cold, so what's the point?

I think bare legs and sandals are for summer.
My own daughters are fashion victims when it comes to this. They like to wear sandals and bare legs in the winter, it drives me nuts! I'm always getting in their cases about it. They claim they don't like stockings!
I'm hopping this post will convert them and you as well. Please let me know if I was convincing enough. kkkkkkkkk :-)

I'm sorry but I think walking around in the cold winter days with bare legs or sandals makes you look silly, and it also shows that you have no sense of style. We have four season in the year and we have beautiful clothes and style to suit each one of them. And I think winter has the best selection of them all. I love winter because of the beautiful hats, boots, sweaters, gloves, oversized scarfs and stuff. Why waste it?

It is possible to look beautiful, warm and elegant without compromising fashion or trend.
You don't have to freeze or walk around naked to look beautiful.
You can wear them with mini skirts, shorts, mini dresses and mini sweaters.

They don't have to always black, you can experience other fun colors as well. Such as burgundy, grey, dark green, brown etc. Leave the bright colors for spring.

You can stick to black if you're afraid to go wrong until you get use to it. You can never go wrong with black.

For example:
You can wear this mini skirt with black, gray or burgundy opaque stocking and it will look great.

if you have a checker skirt similar to this one pick a color on it that you like the most and pair it with your stocking. For a fun look go with burgundy, for a more conservative look go for black or grey.

Winter Shoes: These ankle boots would look amazing with your opaque and a mini skirt like this one.

More ideas on what kind of shoes would look great with your opaque stockings.

Any one of these would go great with your opaque stockings. All you need to do is pick your color and style.

Ankle boots and closed flats are excellent if you don't like high boots or just don't feel like wearing one.

Beautiful Winter Dresses/Skirts:
That will look great with you stockings

Leave the summer dresses/skirts for summer

Seize the moments one season at the time.

"There are six things the Lord hates,
seven that are detestable to him:
haughty eyes,
a lying tongue,
hands that shed innocent blood,
a heart that devises wicked schemes,
feet that are quick to rush into evil,
a false witness that pours out lies
and a person who stirs up conflict in the community". Proverbs 6:16-19

How To Rock Your Boots This Winter

Boots, Boots and more Boots
Whether classic, casual or edgy boots can polish and add chicness to any look as long as it's styled properly.

I love boots.
Many people say that boots is for every season, but I don't think so.
I personally only wear them in the mid-fall through winter. The plastic rain ones are really cool for those spring rainy days, but definitely not in the summer. If you really love them you have three season you can sport them, why use them in the summer? We only have one short season to enjoy those beautiful summer sandals, besides our poor feet can really enjoy a sun tan.

Boots are cool no matter the style or color, it can be rugged country look, simply casual or a sleek urban air. So, I'm gonna give you few tips on how to wear and style your boots properly. There's no such a thing as one style fit all. Neither on clothes nor on shoes/boots. One boot style does not suit all your  outfit!
Every woman should have at least one pair of a classic knee high boots in their closet. If you can only afford one pair, make it a black pair.

Over the knee boots are very much in this winter
I recommend you use it with a dark opaque tights with a skirt or a dress that falls few inches from boot top. Tucked-in leggings or skinny jeans.

Avoid: Dresses/skirts that hits the top of the boots, it can really kill your look.

Under The Knee
You can wear an under the knee boots with anything. Its a classic and it slims your calf.

This black one is a classic style. It suits everyone and every style.

Classic round toe and perfect hight. Tt's not too high, comfortable enough to walk around.

Riding Boots
I absolutely love ridding boots. They great for doing your errands, window shopping, or a day out in town with your friends without straining your legs or killing your feet. They are stylish and yet extremely comfortable. It goes great with leggings, skinny jeans and straight tailored tucked in pants.

I love my Ralph Lauren ridding boots. It's beautiful, comfortable and goes with everything.

Avoid: wide legs pants and three quarter pants, skirts and dresses.
Mid-Calf
Mid-calf boots are cute but I don't really wear them because I think they cut the vision of your legs making you look shorter. I think the longer a woman's leg look the prettier and more elegant we look. But if you like them, than here are some tips on how to wear them.

 For a better look:
1-They look best with short skirts/dress and shorts.
2-Tone them with the same color tights to elongate your legs.
3-Add heels for elegance and to elongate your legs.

Avoid: Knee length skirts/dress and if you have full calfs.

Ankle Boots
1-They look great with jeans and dress pants.
2-Skinny jeans, leggings
3-Opaque tights with knee-high frilled dress and mini skirts.

Avoid: Capri pants

Western Style Boots
I'm sorry but wester boots are not my style.  I've seen so many girls wearing them in the summer but I frankly don't think they're summer shoes. Although they look really cute with dresses, I still don't think should be worn in a 80 -90-ish degree weather day. Sorry I just don't see it. I think a person's feet will be screaming for air!

Avoid: other western pieces unless you're a cow-girl.

I think boots were made for winter, if it's hot enough outside to go bear legs, than you shouldn't be wearing boots period. i'm sorry, but i think it looks silly.

UGG Boots
Ugg boots are not my style at all. I think they look like a winter  house shoes.
They're way too casual for me, I don't think they're attractive at all.

When buying one, you should go for a natural color that goes with everything.
But everything does not mean pajamas and sweat pants. They already look like a house slippers, now imagine how silly it looks when you pair them with pajamas and sweats?

They look best with jeans.
1-skinny jeans tucked in
2-boot cut over it
3-straight cut rolled up just touching the top of the boots

Avoid: boy friend jeans, pajamas and sweat pants, they look too shabby.

Rain Boots

Rain boots are so cool.
I love spring time but those rainy days can be a bit overwhelmed sometimes. Walking around with those wet pant legs, wet socks, or wet slippery sandals and freezing toes are neither comfortable nor attractive.
