Dress Code That's Guaranteed To Fit Any Budget

Now, how would you like a real Dress Code from the one that matters the most?
Check this out!

A dress code that fits anyone's budget, no Media, no name brands, no he/she/they say.
No pressure, simply beautiful. But the one that really matters.
We all know that clothes is not what makes a woman honorable.

But in today's society a little Prude wouldn't hurt at all.
Neither excessive prudishness nor nudity is the answer. We need to have life equilibrium. Just because we're christians doesn't mean we have to be excessively modest to the point of being boring with our clothes. We can have a modest fashion style and still look pretty. Elegance and sophistication is completely apart from nudity and inappropriate.

Your beauty should not come from outward adornment...
I also want women to dress modestly, with decency and propriety, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or expensive clothes...
1 Pt 3:3 1 Tm 2:9

This doesn't mean you cannot wear braids, gold, pearls or expensive clothes.
It just means you can be a beautiful person with or without them.
It means that this is not what defines you as a beautiful person. Beauty is from within! I remember long time ago, my daughters were still teenagers. They were wearing braids and this lady in the church walked up to them and told them they should not wear braids because it was a sin. So, of course my daughters got a little confused they were small. So I had to get the Bible and explain it to them and thank God they understood.

#1-Modestly
A modest woman has a moderate opinion and complete self-control on her style. She knows how to prevent inadvertent exposure of her body in public.
A true modest woman is the one that goes against all odds of worldly Fashion rules and pressures. She's not afraid to add a little prudence and a sound judgement to her personal Style. She's in control of her fashion, she picks her clothes, clothes does not pick her.
Meaning in practical affairs, don't wear it just because.... wear what you like, what's decent and looks good on you and not what everyone else is wearing. A modest woman does not dress with the intension of drawing attention to men or to make other woman feel like crap.  A modest woman can wear form-fitting-clothes but she's very much aware, when is too much ~ too much. She's humble, down-to-earth and has the quality of being modest in her character not just her clothes. She doesn't act like the whole world evolves around her.

#2-Decency
She has the quality of being decent. She has a proper behavior in her style, having a moral value to her self. These are some values that should never change. Her behavior  and manners are guided by the rules of decency and etiquette. Her related dress code style, actions, manners and standards are based on the word of God and not Media.

#3- Propriety
She dresses herself with an utmost respect. She has the quality and characteristic of a true natural woman. She conducts herself with an absolute manners . To dress in a proper and dignifying manner showing good impression and self-respect. If you have no self-respect, don't expect to get it from others. Respect is earned ~ not demanded! You give respect you receive respect! You don't give respect, you don't receive respect! Simple as that.

Propriety is fundamental in public life, especially in today's society that women walks around half naked. If you want to obtain modesty, decency, and propriety, but not getting it, maybe you should change the style of clothes you're wearing.

  • Maybe you're a princess within, but how is anyone to know if you dress like a striper or a hoochie mama?
  • How are you ever to meet your prince charming if you're going the wrong direction?
  • Maybe you need to make a
  • U-turn, meaning change your style.

How can you dress as a stripper or a hoochie mama and demand respect or expect to meet your prince charming? sorry girls

Girls "sexiness" is not the most important quality or appeal in a woman.
Your self-respect, your personality, your character, your intelligence, talents and manners is what gives you, your "sexiness" as a woman.

Self value, respect and dignity starts with us.

Do You Know Your Fashion Etiquette?

Life is all About etiquette.
Proper etiquette never goes out of style.
To have a proper dress etiquette doesn't mean you must follow the fashion rules. Etiquette is reflected on a person's fashion and status. It means a person that has etiquette, has self respect and manners.

Many people have problems adjusting and creating a personal style based on their life's etiquette, so they go into a major fashion-shock.
So they go into a Fashion coma.

So they stay in the 70's and 80's style, or they freeze their mind-set on what they know and what's easy for them, refusing to budge.

Fashion coma means ~ being stock in the 70's, 80's or even few years back.
Wearing the same hair style, and same clothes style for the last decade.

I don't believe in Fashion rules. I believe in etiquette rules.
I believe we should capture the idea of fashion/trend and transform it into our personal Style. I believe fashion should be fun and personal.
No matter the trend we should always remember the principals and etiquette of our back ground learning and what we represent today, thus we'll never get lost on these in-today and out-tomorrow trend.

Herewith are 15 Fashion etiquette ideas that One should never ignore:
#1-Wear clothes that fits your body and looks good on you, not every other girl's body or because some one you admire wears them.

#2-Do not wear clothes that are too young or too old for your age, wearing clothes appropriately for your age makes you look younger.

#3- Do not wear stocking with an open toe sandals, it's not an attractive look, and
If you're gonna wear sandals make sure your nails are well-kept.

#4- Leggings and tights are two different things, although the material is a bit different it's both meant to be worn under a dress or a blouse, not alone. Leggings material are lighter and must be worn under a dress or skirt. Tights are made of a thicker material but it's still to revealing to be worn as a pants, it should be worn with a loose fitting blouse just above the hips. Not too long and too baggy either, that will make you look sloppy.

#5- Secure the hem of your pants; it's very sloppy when it's dragging on the floor as you walk.

#6- Showing too much skin is neither attractive nor glamorous, it's cheap and vulgar. If you're gonna wear short skirt cover your shoulders, if you're gonna reveal your shoulders wear a longer skirt, a capri or a pair of pants.

#7-If you're wearing a low-rise cut jeans, wear an under shirt or a longer blouse: no one wants to see your the color of your g-string or underwear. That's way it's called underwear. It's suppose to be under, not on people's face.

Notori Zen Floral
Contour Cami Bra
#8-Showing too much cleavage, extremely low-cuts are very distracting and offensive to manny people.
I'm a woman and I feel very embarrassed and offended when I see other woman showing too much cleavage.

It's neither pretty, nor a ticket to meet your prince charming. It should be kept for imagination, besides if a real decent man want to be your prince charming, he would want you, all for himself. Not showcasing your assets all over the street for anyone to see. It makes you look very cheap, desperately easy and rather vulgar I must say. sorry :-)

As you can see you don't have to be showcasing your cleavage just because your V-neck cut is too low. This bra is great; it comes with a lace adjustment to give you just enough cleavage coverage. You wont look like grandma :-)))* I promise. Look at me, I'm wearing one and I don't look like no grandma. I look chic and decent. I can wear any clothe I want, I just add a little adjustment and Voila'!    So girls go and get your selves one. I bought mine at Marshalls for only $20.00

#9-The only place your belly should be exposed in public, should be at the pool or the beach, that's all!

#10-If you're gonna wear hair ties make it attractive. Multi-colored scrunchies are so 80's

#11-I love animals, so I love animal print on anything, but I don't want to look like a walking Zoo either. I know print on print is on trend this season, but measure your limits so you don't look like a zoo, a rainbow or walking clown.

#12-You should never wear pajama pants in public, no matter how comfortable they are.

#13- You should never wear a see-through clothes in public. Layer it.

#14-You should never travel on a airplane or any public confined transportation wearing a pajama or a sweat pants.

#15-Fashion or no fashion, trend or no trend ~ less is more always.

When and Where To Wear What? Part # 3

We should worry about what God thinks of us and not people.
Many people worry much more about what others think of them, than what God thinks of them. If you live your live based on what every body's opinion about you, you'll never live your live! You'll be living every body else's life but not yours. Now how can you have a healthy happy life this way?

I've seen many woman who are great moms, smart and talented in many ways but feels overwhelmed, challenged and completely clueless when it comes to Fashion. And it shouldn't be that way!

I think the reason you feel that way, is because:
a)- you want to please others
b)- your concern is on what every one will think or say about
c)- fear of fashion disaster

The only person you should please is you. You're the one wearing it.
If I'm happy with what I'm wearing, if it's decent, and my husband likes it on me; I could care less  what anyone else thinks.

My style is my fashion. My fashion is what I like and look good on me, and that's that! Now my question; is there any woman on the face of earth that never had a fashion disaster? You should do what you can and know even if you think it's not good enough. As you keep on trying and experimenting different styles and colors, the more you'll excel at it.  Before you know, you're a Pro at it. Practice makes perfect, right? Given-up and procrastinating will never make perfect!

We can excel and become pros in whatever we put our heart and invest our time on.Everything we know today was a learning process, it didn't happen over-night, and it didn't fall out-of-sky. The only thing that falls out of sky for free is the Grace of God.Everything else comes with the sweat of our brows.

Self-style is no different. Self-Style is personal and clothes are part of life.
Remember we only have 30 sec or less to make an impression on people.
So use it wisely.

Parents always tells their children "You can be what ever you want to be"
Yes, that's very much true, but some of them forget to tell them, that is......
~ if you work hard at it ~

Now let's get back to Fashion, shall we?

What's Semi-Casual:
Semi-casual means you can look great and be comfortable without wearing jeans, sneakers and T-shirts.
One should never wear jeans to Church Sunday morning or for an interview.
Every where I go, I prefer to be over-dressed than to be under-dressed. You should always show-up with a professional and confident look and attitude, like I know who I am and what I like, or as if you already have the job. It's better to be overdressed than to be underdressed. Overdressed means: you're confident in your skin and you mean business. Underdressed means: you're confused, careless and not professional.

When and where to dress semi-casual:
It's your day off and you're running errands, morning branch with your friends, barbecue, pool or beach party, picnics, hanging out at the mall, movie theater with friends and family,  traveling etc...

Here are some of my semi-casual looks, for out on the streets with my family.
Pretty fun summer colors, comfortable fitting styles, wedge heels or pretty flats, little to no makeup and light accessories.

Here are some ideas on how to dress semi-casual
Sundresses, spaghetti-strap dresses, short skirts, jeans

You can wear these nice comfortable cotton khakis

Remember you're walking around
So your shoes should a wedge or some nice pretty comfortable flats

Ok, Now how can you be casual without an Oversized sunglasses, a Ray Ban

"I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you;
I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse". Genesis 12:2-3
