How to Prevent A Breakout or Acne

 Preventing any problem in life is far easier then Correcting it
If we exercise a bit more effort on Preventing the Damage ~ than we won't have to loose so much energy, or go through so much pain to Correct  the Damage caused


We all know pimples are normal during your teenager years 
    ~ but it can be prevented from getting out of control ~

 How to Prevent acne:
Avoid make-up- you should try to stay away from make-up if possible, the best thing to do when you breaking-out is to take break from make-up and heal your skin.


Keep your face clean- acne or not you should wash your face twice a day to remove all the impurities, dead skin cells and excess oil from your skin surface that causes pimples.


Avoid exfoliating - avoid picking your pimples or blackhead, exfoliating cream, and harshly scrubbing your skin with washcloth.

Hand wash- use odorless mild soap and warm water, hands or a soft cloth to wash your face daily and pat dry it with a clean towel

Clean towel- use clean towel daily on your face. Dirty towels spread bacteria that causes pimples. Keep your nice and clean face towels in the draws.

Moisterizer:
Oily skin- if you have oily skin, try gel-based moisturizer
Dry skin- if you have dry skin, try cream or lotion


Hands off your face- avoid touching your face,your hands can spread bacteria to your face


Take Vitamin A - and eat food high in beta-caroteen such as carrots, sweet potatoes, kale, spinach, olive oil, whole wheat bread, Brazil nuts, walnuts, yogurt, green tea, lemon juice, watermelon, cantaloupe, apricots, berries etc...  

Exercise: try to exercise at least three times a week, exercise is really good for you because when you sweat your body releases the toxins that causes pimples
what ever form of exercise you like is good - as long as you get to sweat.

Water: drink lots of water to keep your skin hydrated from inside out and to flush your system, drag a bottle of water in your hands every where you go; in the end of the day you'll be surprise how many bottles of water you drank. That's what I do.
