How To Dress In Your 30s Part 2

How to look good in your 30s guiltless

All you need is a little plan and a small budget to look good.
Looking good doesn't have to cost you an arm and a leg.

Me-Time
I take it from my sister-in-law, I'm always picking at her because she's a beautiful woman but always walks around in shabby clothes. You know why? She claims that she feels so guilty spending money on herself when she can pay a bill or put food on the table for her children with that money. I understand her, but we need to live as well. You don't need to spend tons of money to look good. You shouldn't have to sacrifice your bills or your children's food's money in the sake of fashion, but you shouldn't ignore yourself either. All you need to do is balance it out. A little plan can go a long ways. You should look at it as self-reward for all the hard work you do for them. : - ) A distressing moment just for you; a- me- time! We all need a-me-time. Trust me, you'll look and feel much better about yourself, and your hubby and your children will love it as well.

3 Steps on How to save few bucks for your wardrobe:
Here are some ideas on things you can do so you can save few extra dollars to spend on you without sacrificing your obligations, or feeling guilty. These are the things I use to do when my children were living with me to save money. And still do.

1- Cut eating out:
I use to cook everyday. Only some Saturdays when I had money I would take them to movies and spent money with outside food and some junk food for the movie. That would save me tons of money because eating out and junk food can really drain your money. The Saturdays I couldn't take them out, I would cook and bake something fun and special for each one of us, and rent some movies and make it our family fun day. I made it so special that they didn't miss the eating out, they were healthy and fit, and I saved money so I could look beautiful without sacrificing my obligations :-)) you see! Think with here, if you just buy one cup of coffee at day in the end of the month that's about $60-$70 you could-off bought yourself something pretty. Now imagine if you buy a cup of coffee and a lunch everyday! I'm not saying you should never eat out, I'm just saying- that there's a way out to look beautiful no matter your budget without having to sacrifice your obligations.

2- Stop buying every beauty products you see out there:
Not all of them works, you know. Before buying any beauty products check the Consumer Report.com to see the product review if it really works, or finish the ones you already have before spending money on the next one. Finish your facial cream, your shampoos, your deodorant, your hair products etc, before trying the next one. This simple act can save you a lot of money. Try it and you'll see. That's what I do. The only things I have multiples are perfumes and lipsticks.

3- Stop buying every cleaning product you see out there as well:
Buy one product, use them until is all done before buying the next one.

I have seen some people's house, their bathroom and cleaning shelf supplies looks like a SupperMarket. They buy so many that they don't even have time to get to them before they get spoiled. That's money down the drain, that could by you some really nice things.

#2 Must Have in every women's wardrobe
By saving money the wise way you will be able to shop these second must have pieces in your closet:

Trench Coat
A trench coat is a must in every women's closet because it's stylish, never out of style and it  can take you anywhere.

You can wear it with a dress, dress pants or jeans and still look good.

The best one to buy is a neutral color such as black or khaki because it goes with everything.

Black Blazer
A black blazer is a must have. It's elegant with anything, from dress to dress pants and skinny jeans to your blue jeans.

Try to get one with a one button and pretty pocket details like this one. It's very feminine and it really accentuates your waist. If you're an hourglass it  showcases it, if you're not it creates an illusion of an hourglass for you.

                                                                                 Denim Jacket

A denim jacket is a must have because it's a nice casual look. It looks great all year around, from your summer dress and sandals to your jeans, to your skirts and boots in the winter. Yeap I love it! I wear mine all year around.

You'll always look casual classy as soon as you pair this jacket with your jeans and a simple t-shirt.

"The Lord rewards every man for his righteousness and faithfulness".
1 Samuel 26:23

Just because you don't see the answer you want when you want it - doesn't mean God is not hearing you. If you can just worry on doing your part, at the right time he will bring it on! Trust me! The problem is sometimes we focus so much on what God is not doing in our life that we forget to see what He is doing. When we focus on God's part we forget to do out part.
