If you're the type of woman that says: me recycled fashion? Never!
Then you're absolutely right, it's not you.
Recycled fashion is for down to earth women only. Women who are comfortable in their own skin. Women who knows who they are and could care less what others say or think of them. Women who are smart and humble enough to know that clothes and shoes doesn't make them a great woman. What makes you a great woman are the qualities you possess within you.
How often do you shop in your closet?
What do you do when you have an event coming up?
Do you quickly run to the Stores or do you take a look in your closet first?
I know, as a woman we all have a habit of looking into our closet and say: I have nothing to wear in my closet, nothing fits, I already wore these dresses before, etc. etc. etc...
But if we look close enough with a creative eyes, I'm absolutely sure that our wardrobe can be a treasure in disguise.
Looking great doesn't necessarily mean break the Bank. Everyone has a financial budget, no one has a money tree planted in their back yard. Everyone has budgets and limits one way or the other. Just because a person has more money does mean they look better. Some people have money but they look busted. They don't know how to mix and match colors or pick the right fabric. That's why I always say "Taste is better than money"
I absolutly love the message Michelle Obama is sending to women of all ages not only in the Nation but across the world, by repeating her outfits over and again out in public knowing that the eyes of the world are on her. Not only she's establishing a recycled fashion for herself, but she also enjoys shopping at a low-profile stores such as Talbots and Target. She wears those high-end expensive Fashionable dresses as well and as proudly as she wears those inexpensive low-profile dresses, to show the women of the world that it's neither the color of your skin, nor the clothes you wear that makes you a great women. A great women is comprised by the values she posses within.
I just love the way she stands tall, confident and comfortable in her own skin
no matter what she's wearing.
She has this attitude in her face like clothes don't make me what I'm, I make clothes look good!
And, oh yeah, by the way, I don't care what you think of me! If you like me good, if you don't oh well that's too bad. And that's what I love about her!
And for that I say: Kudos to you Michelle Obama for your humbling and courageous act!

As high caliber as she is, she's not embarrassed to be seen in public with a low-profile little dress.
I have never seen a Celebrity repeating those high-end designer Gowns, and let alone a little low-profile dress from Target.
Have you?
She has worn this low-profile inexpensive little Target dress manny, manny times out in public.
How humble and secure of her self can she be to walk high and tall with a little dress from Target, out in the public eyes, not once or twice but three different times. And not just around the corner to a Grocery store or for a Stroller in the park, but to important events knowing for sure that pictures of herself will be taking and publicized around the world.
We all know she has money, so I'm absolutely sure that she's doing this to send a message to the less fortunate young girls/women out there that you should never feel less important just because you can't afford those high-end expensive designer clothes. You should always do the best of what you have and can afford.
And make it fun like she does it. That's what I do.
Every time she wears them, she puts a little spin to them by using different accessories, different hair style and make-up. That's how you can make your outfits to look fresh and excited. A recycled fashion can save you money, and it also gives you an opportunity to learn how to be creative. Just because it's a recycled fashion, it doesn't have to look poor or boring.
"For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted".
Luke 14:11
