The Best Body Shape is The One We Have
It's imperative we learn to love our body flaws and all;
after all that's the only one we have
The best way to love it, is by learning it's Pros and Cons
We all have nice body parts ~ and ~ parts we wish we could nip/tuck it ourselves in front of our mirrors with our self criticism eyes
So the best way to deal with it, is to know it's shape and how to dress you pretty and hide those undesirable flaws.
Defense Mechanism mode is an excuse for laziness:
Many woman when they don't know how to enhance their Style they switch into a Denial or Defense Mechanism and claim
a)- just my natural beauty is enough
b)-or allow self criticism or others to depress you into hating your own body
c)-wishing you could live in someone else's body
