How to Wear Makeup During a BreakOut

Should you wear makeup during a breakout? Yes and No.

The best way to heal you skin is to avoid Makeup.
Using makeup during a breakout can irritate your skin even more.

Avoid oil liquid foundation with dyes and chemicals because it can penetrate into your skin causing more irritation and even infections.

But if you must do:
a)- make sure you use oil-free, dyes and chemicals free
b)- clean it well at the end of the day with cold cream 

c)- wash with warm water and mild soap
d)- refresh your face with some natural astringent such as: cucumber juice, fresh aloe vera plant juice etc.

 Water-base foundation is less harmful to your skin during a break out.
