Method:
get a really soft ripe Avocado, mush it with a fork until creamy, you can add a bit of cold Olive Oil if desired, separate your dry Hair in four sections, apply the paste to your scalp first, then your entire head - apply a plastic cap, seat under a head dryer or heating cap, or just allow to sit for about 15-30 min.


Shampoo:     
make sure to use an alcohol free shampoo and conditioner
after shampoo apply a dap of conditioner, massage, and rinse
ring out as much water possible with your hand, and then use a paper towel instead of a towel. The friction of a towel can break your hair, plus it soaks too much water out.
