Learn To Love Your Body - Flaws & All

Who Does Not Have Flaws?
We all have it!!!

Do you think God made mistake when he created you? 

God did not make mistake when he created us.

Can you imagine how long it would take God to create Eve if he asked her for her opinion on how to create her body? He probably would be there to this day! :-) 

God left some flaws on our body to humble us. Not to destroy us or make us miserable for life. Have you ever met a woman who absolutely loves her body? 

The question is not weather you have flaws on not, it's what you do with it that matters.
Low self-esteem and self-criticism are not the answer. If you're not happy with your body you can always re-shape it through healthy eating and exercise.  

"Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body". 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 ESV

Here are some ideas about what you can do to love yourself without felling inferior to others.
A Cornell University study shows that 87% of regular-weight women wish they were a size smaller? Nowadays the dissatisfaction of size and/or shape of their bodies are becoming epidemic. 

 Acknowledge Your Flaws
Trying to avoid, ignoring or pretending they are not there just because you don't want them there, never works!You must acknowledge it's there and get real about it and do something to better yourself. Feeling ashamed, depressed, uncomfortable or potentially negative about yourself is not the answer here. The more you whine and complain the more miserable you'll feel.     

Learn To Appreciate Your Body
Even if you don't like your body-shape or agree with it, you must learn to appreciate it because that's the only one you have. Hating your body, being self-judgemental, being really hard on yourself, or felling sorry for yourself does not help either!

 Learn To Love Yourself 
When you hate a part of you it can scar you for life.It can destroy your self-esteem and confidence. The antidote to fix flaws is to remember that if you do not love your yourself, nobody else will. 

Learn when to adorn or not to adorn the parts of your body you're not so trill about, so you can be happy with yourself and have self-freedom to feel fit in the society guiltless.
