How Would You Like A Silky - Smooth & Healthy Hair???

Olive Oil To The Rescue!!!
Is there any more effective medicine than what nature provides?
God's Gift To The Humanity

Is your hair constantly braking driving you CRAZY?
Are you sick and tired of having to deal with your dry damaged hair?
Does your hair feel dry, brittle, steel wool like, coarse, and staticky?

What's making your hair to act like this?
Could it be Medications - Stress or just wrong products?
I don't know if you know, but it's normal to loose about 200 hair strands per day.
If you loosing more than that, then it could be a problem. Too much product or the wrong type of product for your hair can cause dryness leading to breakage. You must not ignore it, you should get to the bottom of the problem as to why are you loosing so much hair. If you have a constant or patchy hair loss, you should consult your Dr. Sometimes it could be the harsh medication, or stress that could cause your hair to fall: such as, cholesterol reducer, steroids, high blood pressure medication, oral contraceptives, postmenopausal etc...If you think these could be your problem, talk to your doctor about alternatives. The best way to maintain a health hair is to seek help at the first sign of a severe thinning/breakage.

Food for Thought
You should have a blood test to see if you lacking on iron. Dietary deficiency (poor diet or too junk food) could cause hair loss. A diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as salmon and avocado can help maintain a healthy hair. Fish oil, vitamin B12, and Biotin are also known to strengthen the condition of your hair. They can help to preserve the shine and strengthen your hair. Don't forget your water intake... Water is the best medicine in the world because it flushes your body from all its impurities and it helps to maintain your hair softer and healthier. So go ahead and start drinking your 6-8 glasses of water a day. I know it can be a bit of a challenge to drink this many water a day. But try what a do: I walk around with a bottle of water everywhere I go, that's the only way I get to drink it.

You should change your hair product once in a while
If you only experience dry hair in colder/hotter months, than you should switch your products as the season change.

Replace your shampoo with this Hair One

Hair One Hair Cleanser and Conditioner

Decrease how often you shampoo your hair to keep your hydrated.Too much shampooing strips your hair of its natural oils. You should shampoo your hair once or twice a week. If your hair is extremely dry and constantly breaking, try shampooing every two weeks. Always look for moisturizing hair products that contains Shea butter or olive oil. They are lightweight products that will keep your hair soft and manageable without weighing down.

Deep Conditioning
Besides using moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, you should use a deep conditioning treatment once a week, such as this one here or a home made one. check my post on why is my hair breaking?

Does Your Hair Feel Parched and steel wool like?

Try This Leave-in Quench And Repair Potion

"The" best leave-in conditioner to my opinion. It heals your hair from the inside-out.

If your hair looks or feels like this picture, you definitely can benefit from this leave-in conditioner. You should try it for yourself. It repairs and restores dry, damage hair with strength and quenching moisture without weighing your hair down.

Edge Control

Use this instead of gel

Gel tends to get hard, flaky and it's harsh on your hair. This is much better.

For Dandruff or Dry Scalp

If you have dandruff, or if your scalp feels dry and itchy - try this method once a week. It really works.

Things to Avoid if you hair is constantly breaking:

1-Avoid blow drying, flat/curling irons, and chemicals period!!!
Allow it to dry naturally or roller set it.

2-Avoid wearing hats, they absorb your scalp's natural oil

3-Avoid brushing your hair period. Comb it with a large tooth comb when necessary

Why Are The Accessories So Important ?

Because it says Me...
Clothing may take the majority of an outfit, but it's the accessories that reflects your personality. To me they both have equal significance. I spend just as much time finding the right accessories as I do finding the right outfit. I cannot do one without the other.

Who eats food without salt?
The same way food without salt is tasteless - so is an outfit without accessories.
No matter how expensive the ingredients are, if your food has no salt it has no value, it's tasteless and worthless. No-one wants it!
Same way, no matter how expensive your outfit is, if you don't have the proper accessories... you can totally rack it. But if you know how to play with proper accessories... you can make a simple jeans and t-shirt look amazing. Proper accessories can jazz-up any outfit, no matter how inexpensive it is. It can make your outfit look rich and attractive that people will think you spent a whole lot money on your clothes.

So what's the secret of accessories
When you're in a budget, buy neutral color accessories because it matches all the outfit in your closet. Buy the classic style. Classic means things that has been around for a long time and everybody likes it. Classic means it works for every woman, and every occasion. Classic means you can't go wrong with it.

If you don't know what classic style is, when you go shopping ask the store attendants what are your best sellers outfit, jewelry or perfume, and all you need to do is try it and see if you like them.

Gold Watch
I prefer an oversized one because they look great with everything. You can dress them up or down as you please. They look great with your blue jeans as well as with your business suit.

Pearls
Pearls says - elegance, period! A simple string of pearls never goes out of style. It adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to your little black dress, those beautiful cashmere sweaters and your business casual office attire. Long ones are great for your casual look, but single short one like this says sophistication. They don't have to be real, glass or faux one like this from Ann Taylor works just fine.

Statement Necklace
Turquoise, pearls and gold statement necklaces are my favorite because they look great with everything and are never out of style. They are must haves in every women wardrobe. If you don't like them so big, get the size you're comfortable with.

These style and colors are elegant and beautiful to go with anything. They will even make your blue jeans and white crispy blouse look amazing.

Pearls and Diamond Stud

An Oversized  Bag
If you don't want to spend too much money on bags, or don't want to have a collection, go for a neutral color such as camel or caramel color with minimal details. The less details the more elegant. This neutral color is stylish, can be used all year round with anything and is never out of style.

Sun Glasses
To my opinion, Ray Ban Aviator is the sunglasses that never goes out of style. But if you don't like it you can get any tortoiseshell color. These style and color are great because they go with every face shape and skin tone.

Cocktail Ring
Get a clear glass style that you can use with every outfit in your closet

Don't Forget Your Statement Bracelets
I love cocktail rings in the winter, and beautiful bracelets in the summer. Because in the summer we walk around with bear arms so you can really sport your beautiful bracelets. Now tell me this beautiful bracelet won't spice-up any outfit, from your blue jeans and a beautiful white top on.....
